 Minimum Requirements to Apply:

  • An Application & Credit Check is required for each person 18 years old & over living in the apartment. 
  • Monthly Net Income is about 3 times the rent.
  • No Evictions or Judgments.
  • Valid Proofs of Income: W-2 & 2 most recent check stubs, 1099 & 2 months of bank statements (if you receive any supplemental income such as SSI or food stamps please attach award letters).
  • If you are employed, you must be working at your current job for at least 1 year OR your previous job for 1 year. 
  • If you are employed and have been at your current job for LESS THAN ONE YEAR - YOU MUST SUBMIT YOUR LAST CHECK STUBS FROM THE PREVIOUS JOB IN ADDITION TO THE 2 MOST RECENT CHECK STUBS OF YOUR CURRENT JOB, THERE CAN BE NO MORE THAN A 1 MONTH GAP IN BETWEEN THOSE JOBS**
  • Failure to attach this income information will delay the process of your application.
  • No Co-Signers.
  • No dogs permitted

Application fee: $30.00
Application fees must be paid before we are able to process your application.

Identification &  Proof of Income:

In addition to this rental application, you will also be required to attach a copy of a valid form of identification and proof of income(s).

  • Se requiere una solicitud y verificación de crédito para cada persona mayor de 18 años que viva en el apartamento.
  • El ingresos mensual es sobre tres veces el alquiler. 
  • No puedes tener ningún desalojo, ni juicios de alojamiento.
  • Comprobantes de ingresos válidos: W-2 y 2 talones de cheques más recientes, 1099 y 2 meses de estados de cuenta bancarios (si recibe algún ingreso complementario, como SSI o cupones de alimentos, adjunte las cartas de adjudicación).
  • Si está empleado, debe estar trabajando en su trabajo actual durante al menos 1 año O en su trabajo anterior durante 1 año.
  •  Si está empleado y ha estado en su trabajo actual por MENOS DE UN AÑO, DEBE ENVIAR SUS ÚLTIMOS TALONES DE CHEQUE DEL TRABAJO ANTERIOR ADEMÁS DE LOS 2 TALONES DE CHEQUE MÁS RECIENTES DE SU TRABAJO ACTUAL, NO PUEDE HABER MÁS DE 1 BRECHA MES ENTRE ESOS TRABAJOS**
  • No adjuntar la información de ingresos retrasará el proceso de su solicitud.
  •    No se permiten perros. 
  •    No aceptamos cofirmantes.
