WHERE CAN I ACCESS AN APPLICATION?

You may complete an application online, by clicking here, or come into our office at 5934 W. North Ave., Chicago, IL 60639.

WHAT ARE YOUR OFFICE HOURS?

Our office is open Monday through Friday, from 8:30 am – 5:00 pm. Our phone is open on Saturdays, from 10 am – 2 pm (physical office is closed). Call our office or visit our Facebook page for holiday hours.

WHAT ARE THE MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS TO APPLY?

HOW LONG DOES MY APPLICATION TAKE TO BE PROCESSED?

Depending upon responses from credit report agencies and references, an approval can take from 1-7 business days.

ARE PETS ALLOWED IN THE APARTMENT?

Dogs are NOT allowed, but you may have cats. Office must be notified of all pets.

DOES URBAN ALTERNATIVES OFFER UNITS WITH HEAT INCLUDED?

Yes, various units include heat. Please see our apartments for amenity information or contact us at (773) 745-8153.

CAN I MOVE IN WITH PARTIAL PAYMENTS?

No, all rents and fees must be paid before move-in. They must be paid with cashier checks or money orders, NO exceptions.

DO YOU ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS?

Yes, personal checks are accepted for subsequent payments. Any returned checks are subject to a $50 fee. After two returned checks, they will not be accepted.

CAN I SET UP A SATELLITE DISH/DIRECTTV?

Satellite dishes/DirectTV are NOT allowed.
